In our interview process, we ask every candidate to pick a core value and describe how they exemplify the principle in their work and personal lives. This one simple question helps us narrow down to the best candidates.
We don't stop there. Each month we have our team members anonymously nominate their colleagues that represented these core values and award a small token to winners. Exercising our core values is intrinsic to us! When we share the same values, know our role in the company and work together as a team, the culture flourishes and our goals are always within reach.
