Reason #7: PTO Policy & Parental Leave Policy 

In today's fast-paced and competitive work environment, fostering a healthy work-life balance has become an essential aspect of employee satisfaction and overall well-being. To support our employees during this significant life event, we offer a comprehensive Parent Leave policy that goes above and beyond legal requirements. Our aim is to ensure new parents can fully embrace their role without worrying about financial stability.

Under our Parent Leave policy, we provide 12 weeks of paid leave to employees who become new parents, whether through childbirth, adoption, or fostering. By providing this level of support, we enable new parents to focus on their growing families, bond with their children, and adjust to their new responsibilities without undue financial strain.
