Some events end when the agenda wraps up. Multifamily Marketing East 2026 was not one of them.
This June in Baltimore, MME brought together multifamily marketers, industry leaders, partners, and peers for two days of learning, connection, and conversation. And while the sessions were packed with actionable takeaways, some of the best moments happened in the spaces between: the coffee catch-ups, lunch table introductions, sponsor table conversations, happy hour laughs, and waterfront chats that reminded us why this industry is so special.
For us at Intrinsic Digital, that is exactly what MME was created to be.
From an Idea in 2024 to a Growing Industry Event
Multifamily Marketing East started in 2024 with a simple goal: create a space where multifamily marketers could come together, share what they are seeing in the market, talk honestly about what is changing, and leave with ideas they could actually use.
Now, just a few years in, MME has become something bigger.
It is a place for marketers, operators, creatives, strategists, and technology partners to talk about the real work of multifamily marketing; the challenges, the opportunities, the shifts in renter behavior, and the strategies helping teams move forward.
A Packed Agenda with Plenty to Talk About
This year’s event featured a thoughtful mix of keynote sessions, panels, roundtables, and peer-led conversations covering some of the biggest topics in multifamily marketing today.
Kindra Hall’s keynote on strategic storytelling gave attendees plenty to think about, especially around how brands can use better stories to connect with renters, teams, and communities in a more meaningful way.

From there, the conversations continued across topics like AI, renter behavior, brand awareness, leasing language, conversion strategy, and what's next for multifamily marketing.
The best part? People came ready to share what they’re actually seeing, testing, and learning. As a result, the conversations were practical, honest, and full of perspective from people who are truly in the work every day.
Attendees talked about what is working, what needs to change, and how multifamily marketers can keep evolving in a market that continues to move quickly.
That’s what made the room feel so valuable. Everyone brought a different point of view and a real willingness to share, creating the kind of peer-to-peer learning you can’t always get from a session alone.
The Moments Between Sessions Mattered Just as Much
As much as we loved the agenda, some of our favorite moments happened outside of it.
There were coffee conversations that turned into strategy swaps. Lunch introductions that felt like catching up with old friends. Sponsor table chats that sparked new ideas. Happy hour laughs that gave everyone a chance to unwind. And waterfront dinner conversations that brought people together in a way that felt genuinely special.
That is what makes MME different.

It is not just about sitting in a room and listening to sessions. It is about creating space for people to meet, talk, ask questions, share experiences, and build relationships that last beyond the event.
In an industry that is always changing, those connections matter.
Why MME Matters to Intrinsic Digital
At Intrinsic Digital, we spend a lot of time thinking about the future of multifamily marketing. Through Apartment Geofencing and Kurie, our teams work closely with multifamily brands to help them reach the right renters, understand performance, and create stronger marketing strategies.
But MME gives us something different.
It gives us a chance to step back from the day-to-day and bring people together around the bigger conversations shaping the industry.

For us, MME is more than an event we organize. It is a way to support the multifamily marketing community, celebrate the people doing the work, and help create a space where ideas can move freely.
And this year, that energy was everywhere.
Thank You for Making MME 2026 What It Was
To everyone who attended, spoke, sponsored, asked questions, shared ideas, joined a roundtable, stopped by a sponsor table, laughed with us at happy hour, or kept the conversation going over dinner, thank you!
MME 2026 was what it was because of the people in the room.
We are grateful to everyone who helped make it thoughtful, fun, collaborative, and full of momentum.
And to those who missed it this year, we will just say this: you will want to be in the room next time.
Stay tuned for more from Multifamily Marketing East.
